Our Process

After selecting the package that suits your requirements and budget, please contact us to arrange a complimentary consultation to discuss how we can bring your dreams to reality. After establishing your vision for the look and feel of your event, we will then draw on our expertise and knowledge of the latest industry trends and carefully coordinate with our wide network of service providers to create a unique and personalised event in keeping with your budget. We will take care of the on-going correspondence with vendors and ensure everything is confirmed and in place for your day, to save you time, money and stress and provide you and your guests with a meticulously executed and memorable occasion.

Events

Full Event Coordination $2,500

Our full event coordination package is a comprehensive package which covers each and every detail of your event planning requirements from start to finish, from venue selection, styling and design to DJs and drinks. Let the experts take care of it all while you relax and enjoy the party.

Includes up to 50 service hours comprising 1x initial consultation, 1x handover meeting, venue selection, styling and design concept, complete vendor coordination and confirmation, and email contact and communication throughout.
With this service we will not be present on the day of your event. This can be included by booking our Party Day Coordination package.

Partial Event Planning Assistance $1,000

This is the perfect package for those who are happy to take control of most of the planning but would like some help and guidance from the experts along the way. You may have already started planning and found it all a bit too much, or no longer have the time it takes to make your vision a reality. We are happy to assist in tying up any loose ends with vendors, or selecting those special touches that will make your next event a success.

Includes up to 20 service hours comprising 1x initial consultation, 1x handover meeting, vendor coordination and confirmation, and email contact and communication throughout.
With this service we will not be present on the day of your event. This can be included by booking our Party Day Coordination package.

Party Day Coordination $350

For those that have planned the party but need the hands! We’ll discuss how you wish to have your event area displayed, take care of set-up on the day of your celebration and ensure that everything runs smoothly, leaving you free to relax and get ready.

Includes 1x initial consultation, unlimited email contact, and event set up on the day of your event.

Weddings

Full Wedding Coordination $5,000

Congratulations on your engagement! This very special time in your life should be enjoyed, and those feelings of floating on a cloud captured for as long as possible. You may have heard that a wedding can take over 250 hours to plan! That’s a lot of time and energy, and often stress and worry that can bring you back down to reality very quickly. Engaging the services of a wedding planner will lighten your load and allow you to make the most of this exciting time. That’s why anyone who’s hired a wedding planner will tell you they’re worth every cent. Our full wedding coordination package is a comprehensive package which covers each and every detail of your wedding planning requirements from start to finish, from venue selection, styling and design to DJs and desserts. We will be the one point of contact for all suppliers and give you the confidence that the person who has been part of your wedding planning journey from the beginning is there with you on your wedding day to ensure everything falls into place just as you dreamed it would. We would love to be part of creating your wow-factor wedding that will be remembered by you and your guests for years to come.

Includes up to 100 service hours comprising 1x initial consultation, 1x handover meeting, up to 8 service hours on the day of your wedding (including presence during set-up, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception), first point of contact for vendors on the day, rehearsal direction, run sheet preparation, venue selection, styling and design concept, complete vendor coordination and confirmation, and email contact and communication throughout.

Partial Wedding Planning Assistance $2,500

This is the perfect package for those who are happy to take control of most of the planning but would like some help and guidance from the experts along the way. You may have already started planning and found it all a bit too much, or no longer have the time it takes to make your vision a reality. We are happy to assist in tying up loose ends with vendors, coordinating any outstanding arrangements, or selecting those special touches that tell your story and infuse both of your personalities into your special day to ensure your wedding is intimate and unforgettable.

Includes up to 50 service hours comprising 1x initial consultation, 1x handover meeting, vendor coordination and confirmation, and email contact and communication throughout.
With this service we will not be present on the day of your wedding. This can be included by booking one of our On The Day Coordination packages.

On The Day Coordination

Our on the day coordination package is ideal for those who have done all of the planning but would like to have a professional present on their big day to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will meet with you four weeks prior to your wedding to discuss the plans for your big day, then coordinate with you and your chosen venue to confirm the structure of your day, prepare your run sheet and circulate this to your selected vendors. We will also direct your wedding rehearsal to make sure the bridal party know where they need to be. On the day of your wedding, we will be your vendors’ first point of contact, be present at the venue and oversee the set-up to ensure that all suppliers have arrived, your venue is decorated accordingly, and all the essentials are in place. We will meet and greet your guests as they arrive and direct them to their seats and give your DJ the go-ahead to start the processional. We will be visible and accessible during the ceremony and cocktail hour and in the background during the reception until the cutting of the cake. This gives your DJ and MC the freedom to do what you’ve asked of them, while giving them the confidence that there is someone on hand to assist if required.

Full Day $1,200

Includes up to 20 service hours comprising 1x initial consultation, 1x handover meeting, up to 8 service hours on the day of your wedding (including presence during set-up, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception), first point of contact for vendors on the day, rehearsal direction, run sheet preparation, and email contact and communication throughout.

Morning Only $800

Includes up to 16 service hours comprising 1x initial consultation, 1x handover meeting, up to 4 service hours on the day of your wedding (including presence during set-up and ceremony), first point of contact for vendors on the day, rehearsal direction, run sheet preparation, and email contact and communication throughout.

Wedding Day Set Up $800

Are you a DIY queen (or king) who’s planned and prepared all those special touches for your wedding day but need help getting everything set up? Save yourself (or that ever-obliging friend or relative) the extra stress and book our Wedding Day Set Up package. Whether it be your table settings, all those chair covers, signage, backdrops, the arch for your wedding ceremony, or anything else, just deliver your items to us (or your wedding venue if they allow) before the day or your wedding, and we’ll ensure everything is set up just as you envisaged.

Includes 1x initial consultation, unlimited email contact, drop off appointment, and set up on the day of your wedding.

Wedding Day Pack Down $500 (or $300 when booked in conjunction with one of our DJ packages ending at the same time)

You and your guests deserve to enjoy every last minute of your special day without worrying about who’s going to pack down. Just provide us with a list of all your wedding day décor that you would like us to pack down for you, leave us the boxes or bags you used to transport these items to your wedding venue, and we will take care of the pack down and keep your items safe for your collection.

DJ and VJ

Our experienced DJ and VJ duo REVIS are passionate about providing you and your guests with an outstanding performance at your event. Combining their diverse musical backgrounds and over a decade of experience performing at a variety of private functions, weddings, bars, clubs and sold out events across the country, REVIS brings a new energy to music culture with their captivating sound, lighting and visual effects. With their wealth of experience playing a wide range of musical genres to suit each individual event, REVIS will develop each set around your key song choices and preferred genres, while using their skills and musical knowledge to read the mood and adapt their set throughout to create an atmospheric event for you and your guests to enjoy.

Our sound and lighting packages are available for hire alongside our DJ packages. All equipment is high end and our DJ is well experienced in audio engineering, resulting in correct sound system set up for quality sound and clarity.

Booking Policy

All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

A 50% non-refundable payment of the total amount is required to secure your booking, with full payment due no later than one month prior to the event. In the case of cancellation within one month of the event, the total amount will be payable since other booking opportunities for this date may have been refused while holding your reservation. All cancellations must be made in writing and any outstanding balances paid within 7 days of cancellation. If any outstanding balances are not paid within 30 days of the invoice due date, a 10% late payment fee plus applicable legal and/or debt collection agency recovery charges will apply.

In the event where the Client is required to postpone their booking due to Covid-19, a severe weather event, or natural disaster, Spa & Celebration can reschedule your booking to an alternative available date as agreed upon between Spa & Celebration and the Client.

In the event where Spa & Celebration is required to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (including, but not limited to Covid-19), Spa & Celebration will endeavour to arrange an alternative service provider (with approval by the Client), however a pricing increase may occur as a result of the alternative service provider’s pricing.

The Client is responsible for organising any applicable special licenses required for the event.  Proof of applicable special licenses must be provided to Spa & Celebration upon confirmation of your booking.

Equipment and services provided by Spa & Celebration are to be used for the intended purpose only and used by the Client only, as specified to and approved by Spa & Celebration at the time of booking. Equipment is not to be hired out to a third party, used beyond the intended purpose, or used by any additional people during the hire period, unless prior approval has been granted by Spa & Celebration.

The Client accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to equipment supplied by Spa & Celebration during the hire period. Any costs or fees incurred to recover, repair or replace equipment shall be payable by the Client. Charges are ongoing while the equipment is unable to be hired to other clients.

In the instance where any noise complaint is received during the event or hire period, Spa & Celebration must be notified immediately, and the relevant requirements must be adhered to.

Terms & Conditions are deemed accepted by the Client upon confirmation of your booking.
