All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
A 50% non-refundable payment of the total amount is required to secure your booking, with full payment due no later than one month prior to the event. In the case of cancellation within one month of the event, the total amount will be payable since other booking opportunities for this date may have been refused while holding your reservation. All cancellations must be made in writing and any outstanding balances paid within 7 days of cancellation. If any outstanding balances are not paid within 30 days of the invoice due date, a 10% late payment fee plus applicable legal and/or debt collection agency recovery charges will apply.
In the event where the Client is required to postpone their booking due to Covid-19, a severe weather event, or natural disaster, Spa & Celebration can reschedule your booking to an alternative available date as agreed upon between Spa & Celebration and the Client.
In the event where Spa & Celebration is required to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (including, but not limited to Covid-19), Spa & Celebration will endeavour to arrange an alternative service provider (with approval by the Client), however a pricing increase may occur as a result of the alternative service provider’s pricing.
The Client is responsible for organising any applicable special licenses required for the event. Proof of applicable special licenses must be provided to Spa & Celebration upon confirmation of your booking.
Equipment and services provided by Spa & Celebration are to be used for the intended purpose only and used by the Client only, as specified to and approved by Spa & Celebration at the time of booking. Equipment is not to be hired out to a third party, used beyond the intended purpose, or used by any additional people during the hire period, unless prior approval has been granted by Spa & Celebration.
The Client accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to equipment supplied by Spa & Celebration during the hire period. Any costs or fees incurred to recover, repair or replace equipment shall be payable by the Client. Charges are ongoing while the equipment is unable to be hired to other clients.
In the instance where any noise complaint is received during the event or hire period, Spa & Celebration must be notified immediately, and the relevant requirements must be adhered to.
Vendor / Supplier Terms & Conditions are also applicable.
Terms & Conditions are deemed accepted by the Client upon confirmation of your booking.
